Both of them then look at where Rex was before and finds that he's still there.

Rex is still standing on top of the weird-shaped rock with the overbearing lightning aura that is leaking out of him, the Spirit Core in the middle of his chest also glows violently.

The perfected round shape of the Spirit Core shows that he has reached the seventh rank.

Upon seeing Rex standing there,

Evelyn and Dray glance at each other before their eyes fall onto the figure in front of them.

They both realized that if it was not Rex in front of them then there was only one explanation, 'Spirit Shadow!', both of them exclaimed at the same time inside their heads.
