I followed after Elizabeth after she drove off the restaurant. A million through ran through my mind as I followed after her. 'Was angry  because I ran a background check on her or is this about Anita?'

Elizabeth drove right into her house, it was a good thing that the security let me in. "Elizabeth please wait," I shout before I could even pack my car properly.

Elizabeth pause, it seems she was unable to walk away from me. "I am sorry about everything. Yes, I was wrong. I have no excuse but please stop walking away from me," I said.

"I have heard you, can I go inside, " Elizabeth replied indifferently. "No," I shook my head. "I don't want us to be like this. I miss you, "  I reach out and held her hand.

Elizabeth did not stop or push me away. She just stared back at me. She did not seem angry, just sad. I could not understand what made her so sad.
