บท 44: Memories, and Reunion
"Izu, what is it? You don't usually call me unless it's important. So what's wrong?" He asked me calmly but his voice had a hidden worry.
"Well, there's someone who showed back up in town, you might wanna come to see him." there was a slight pause on the other end before I heard his response.
"Okay, I'll be there as soon as I can." I smiled.
"Okay! See you soon dad!" I enthusiastically chorused.
I ended the call and walked back inside, I smiled and acted like I was the little innocent Angel I usually was at school. Everyone ignored me except for Touya, I smirked and he just smiled shaking his head. I looked at my brother and thought about when we were children.
~Flashback~
"Izu! Come on! Mom and dad are waiting for us!" Ichi yelled up to me from downstairs. We were going out for dinner tonight because it was mama and dad's anniversary and they wanted to bring us.
"Coming!" I yelled back playing with the suit tie, I abandoned it and ran downstairs almost tripping. I heard a chorus of laughs as my mom, dad and brother chuckled at my clumsiness. I smiled sheepishly and continued down the few stairs that were left.
We had left and gone to a restaurant like a happy family but, I felt something was off. I had written it off as nothing at the young age of five and went to bed content that night.
~Flashback end~
I still couldn't quite put my finger on what had been off, I just knew something was. I heard a knock on the door interrupting me from my thoughts. I smiled and went to get the door everyone's eyes following me. I opened it up and hugged my father lightly before allowing him in. As soon and Ichi and he set eyes on each other they ran at each other and bear-hugged. Me being more feminine and fragile than both of them couldn't exactly hug that roughly.
Both my father and brother were Alphas. My mother was an Omega but she was tough, I felt a melancholy feeling wash over me as I remembered my mother. I walked over to Touya and laid my head on his chest.
