บท 23: Twenty Three

Gaia was accompanied by her mother at the hospital, waiting for her turn to have checked by a physician. She was sitting on a bench as she sees one patient being called one at a time. Some looked that they have fevers while some came for their physical exam. Gaia no longer felt sick, unlike yesterday. However, she is craving food and asks her mother to buy it for her, but her mother tells her that she will buy it after the appointment. Gaia sighs and waits after they took her vital signs. She was pretty sure that there is nothing wrong and hoped that this is only the stomach flu. Yohan wanted to come. However, she asked him not to. Secretly, she wanted Harry to be here.

"Gaia Choi?" the receptionist called her name. She stood up and followed a woman in her forties inside her office. Her mother followed behind Gaia as they went in. She sat in front of the doctor as the specialist looked through Gaia's chart notes, looking back at her.
