บท 21: Twenty One

Gaia was sobbing inside the taxi as she rode all the way home. Remembering that her parents are having their time together alone, she decided not to go straight home and thought of calling Yohan instead. She paused and realized that she needs to take back everything she said to him at the watchtower and ask for his forgiveness. For now, she needs him. He was the person that she needed to cry on.

She dialed his number and placed the receiver on her ear. The other line rang until someone picked up. Her heart was pounding, wondering if she is doing the right thing as she recalls the incident at the restaurant.

"Yohan, I need you," Gaia said right away as soon as Yohan answered. "I'll tell you everything. Please! I need you right now." she started to weep as she waits for his response. There was a pause for a few seconds before Yohan responded.

-"Come to the house. I'll be waiting." Yohan replied and hung up the phone.
