บท 285: I Hope It's You

It was almost eight o'clock in the evening. Cai Wen brought the chauffeur and met Su Chu at the entrance of the cafeteria. He first glanced at Su Chu, who had a rosy face, but her eyes were not clear. Then, he shifted his gaze to Xia Wei's face.

"I'll bring her back now. Do you want me to send you home? Why don't you bring anyone with you? It's not good to come out alone recently."

Knowing that Cai Wen was concerned about her politely, Xia Wei smiled and replied gently, "I'm going back to rest soon. It's alright."

As she spoke, she glanced at Su Chu in the back of the car and reminded her with a smile, "She actually only drank half a glass of red wine. I guess she pretended to be drunk because she was afraid that you would scold her! It's rare for the two of us to play so easily for the entire afternoon. Can you not blame her when you go back? I'll get Brother Wang to bring you a bottle of good wine."
