Allen was almost crushing Blanch's wrist, and she endured the pain, unwilling to back down. "Yes, I am your ex-wife, the one you rejected. Why do you still want me to stay by your side? If I had the chance to escape, I wouldn't hesitate for a second!"

The two locked eyes, the burning anger and pain causing them both to lose their rationality. Allen nearly wanted to break Blanch's wrist, and she continued to endure…

After a long moment, Allen finally forcefully released Blanch's hand, causing her to fall to the ground.

"I must be crazy to keep you around."

With that, Allen left without looking back.

Blanch rubbed her wrist, and for some reason, tears suddenly fell. The fear and sadness she felt earlier were genuine; she had never seen this side of Allen before, as if she had committed some unforgivable act…
