บท 269: You're That Dragon

Her mind was in disarray.

The pictures continued to change. According to Long Fei's words earlier, Su Ruan could almost see herself when she was a little child.

She was running around her grandpa's orchard in her dress. She would pick up cherries, but could only reach those at the bottom. Her grandpa was younger and he would carry her on his shoulder.

Her head started to throb.

The images shifted quickly until she could not see clearly what was going on. Su Ruan wished for those images to stop coming into her head.

Then gradually, the speed slowed down.

An image of a young boy appeared in her mind.

Her heart skipped a beat.

Su Ruan could not help but find that the scenery was very familiar. That boy... she had seen him before. He had appeared in her mind a few times, but this was the first time that she recognized him.

It was that same boy who often appeared in her dream previously.
