Before Meeting Shyam
Alarm rings.
6:00 AM—Raitha's usual wake-up time.
She starts her day by brushing her teeth and freshening up. After a refreshing shower, she diligently completes her homework. Then, she enjoys her breakfast and leaves for school at around 9:00 AM.
The walk to school takes her 30-35 minutes. By 10:00 AM, she's seated at her desk, ready for class to begin.
When school ends at 5:00 PM, it takes her about an hour to finish her assignments. With that done, she heads home, where she either rests or helps her father at their bookstore.
Raitha's days were simple, organized, and predictable.

After Meeting Shyam
Alarm rings.
Timp.
Alarm rings again ten minutes later.
Timp.
This cycle continues for nearly an hour until she finally wakes up, far later than usual. Her mornings now feel rushed—breakfast eaten quickly, a hurried shower, and a dash out the door just in time to leave for school.
She usually arrives at 9:40 AM, sometimes narrowly making it before class starts.
Her once tidy schedule has turned chaotic. Homework? It's now hastily completed in the school library, squeezed between her classes and hanging out with Shyam.
In short, after Shyam and Raitha became friends, Raitha's perfectly crafted routine fell apart.
As for Shyam? Well, he never really had a schedule to begin with. He's the definition of a laid-back introvert, doing whatever he feels like, whenever he feels like. His only consistent routine is arriving at school on time and leaving right after. And even that hasn't changed.
