บท 158: Black Magic

I watched Winnie walk toward the ruins. She picked up a black wolf from the ground. I knew it was Black Wolf Baker, who had already transformed into his wolf form. He was so weak in her arms that he couldn't open his eyes.

Winnie placed the wolf in her arms on the ground and walked toward me. She kneeled and placed a palm on my head. Then, she said proudly, "Daughter of the Moon Goddess, I will take away your magic and turn you into a piece of trash. Then, I will send hunting dogs to hunt you down. You will live in fear for the rest of your life! This is my punishment for you!"

"No!" I wanted to scream, but my voice was feeble and hoarse.

The smell of smoke filled my nostrils and made it hard for me to breathe. My legs felt as if they were nailed to the ground. I wanted to awaken the remaining bit of magic in my body, but it seemed buried deep in something, and I couldn't touch her at all.
