บท 49: Doll's Questionable Companions

Evan didn't know what to say at Cynthia's announcement, so he let his fist speak for him. He punched Freiheit straight in the face.

"Evan!" Cynthia screamed as Freiheit fell to the ground with a loud thud.

Eternity grabbed Evan by the arm to prevent him from further beating up the poor guy on the floor. If only Cynthia weren't too preoccupied with their brother, she'd notice that Eternity restrained a raging Evan alone.

Evan wasn't even trying to be gentle to avoid accidentally hurting the doll. He was so angry that he was fighting against Eternity with all his might, but she managed to keep him in place, much to Evan's shattered self-esteem.

Note to himself: Eternity was abnormally strong.

Seeing that his attempts at violence were futile against Eternity's grip, he finally decided to let his mouth do the talking.
