Mo Ran found it strange; it seemed like she was hiding something from her.

Maybe she was just being paranoid.

But still, she found time to go to the hospital. No matter what, she needed to know the accurate result.

"Miss, congratulations, you're pregnant, about five weeks along," the doctor said to her with a smile.

Mo Ran's mind exploded with a bang, leaving her in a daze.

She turned pale and immediately retorted, "That's impossible! I've been taking birth control pills!"

"However, according to the test results, you haven't been taking them for over a month."

"What?!" Mo Ran exclaimed in shock, her eyes wide. She was certain she had taken them; how could they have been discontinued for over a month?
