บท 107: Unease in her heart

Brad couldn't say that he had not noticed the changes in Christopher. He could tell that his friend was moving out of the cocoon of his past and painful memories.

It was good for Christopher.

Brad also wanted him to start over with Abigail. At the same time, he knew Alison would always remain a remembrance of the past in Christopher's heart.

"Are you not happy that he is moving on?" he asked sharply. "Do you want him grieving the rest of his life?"

"What?" Anastasia frowned.

She was clearly saddened to see Abigail with Christopher, but she didn't want him to spend the rest of his life in pain, mourning Alison.
