"You need to rest, Amrita." Edward walked in to see her still seated on the same seat besides the unconscious Giovanni.

There were a lot of wires connected to his body, one that also went to his brain. It was an eyesore seeing him like this, but then none of them could have seen the incident coming, not even him.

After so many years of keeping him away from New York, and trying to offer him a better life before he comes back to be a man, his enemies have been lurking in the shadows waiting for the right time to attack.

He definitely knew that his actions would catch up with him someday, but he never really expected it to start with Giovanni, he still has a long way to go and it's not just about taking over the company.
