Chapter 19
The Dark Origins Unveiled... chapter 19
Liana's heart raced as she struggled against the ropes that bound her to the chair. Her voice filled with defiance, she cried out, "What do you want? And why have you kidnapped us?"
The woman, who introduced herself as Sabrina, responded in a strange and unsettling tone, "Oh, my dear child, that is no way to speak to family."
Confusion washed over Liana as she tried to make sense of this revelation. "Family?" she asked incredulously. Sabrina nodded and continued circling around her. "Yes, my dear. I am your family. I mean you no harm; I simply need something from you."
But Liana wasn't easily convinced. With a defiant grin on her face, she retorted, "I don't care who you are or how you claim to be family when it's clear that you're not a werewolf." Her struggle against the ropes intensified as she refused to be intimidated.
Sabrina warned her about the futility of her efforts. "You're only going to hurt yourself," she said calmly. "These ropes are bonded by magic." A strange giggle escaped her lips.
Liana scoffed at the mention of magic's existence in their world. "Magic doesn't exist anymore," she muttered dismissively.
Sabrina burst into laughter so loud that it echoed through the cavernous space they were in. The sound was chilling and sent shivers down Liana's spine. Recovering from her fit of laughter, Sabrina taunted Liana with a mocking tone in her voice:
"Can't believe this is coming from someone who possesses a glowing hand capable of healing people," Sabrina said between chuckles.
Stammering anxiously, Liana denied any knowledge of what Sabrina was referring to: "I... um... I don't know what you're talking about."
Sabrina's laughter grew louder. "Oh, my dear, there's no need to hide who you are. You're meant for something great and powerful. And I, my dear, am going to help you realize your true potential," she said with a sinister chuckle as she reached out to touch Liana's face.
Tears welled in Liana's eyes as her plea rang out: "I don't want power; I just want to be with Adrian and Camila. Please, just let us go." Her eyes pleaded for mercy.
Sabrina's laughter turned cold as she dismissed Liana's request.
Is that what she's called? Haha! No, I'm afraid that can't be done. Your mate and Camila have tragic roles to play in all of this," Sabrina declared with an evil laugh.
Camila couldn't bear the unfolding events any longer; her voice trembled as she sobbed, "Please let us go! My mate needs me!" The strangeness of it all overwhelmed her.
Sabrina silenced Camila abruptly by gripping her chin tightly. With a menacing tone, she warned her, "You have a role to play in all of this. Without you, I cannot free my sister."
Liana couldn't contain her curiosity any longer and demanded answers from Sabrina: "Who is your sister? And what do we have to do with freeing her?"
A wicked smile curled on Sabrina's lips as she reveled in the confusion surrounding them. "There is so much you don't know about your family," she sneered. "But worry not; I will reveal everything once our guest arrives."
"What guest?" Liana questioned anxiously.
A malevolent glint sparkled in Sabrina's eyes as she revealed her plan: "Why, Adrian will be here soon enough... He too has a part to play in all of this." Her laughter reverberated through the cave, an eerie soundtrack to the tangled web of destiny
Sabrina's anger surged as Adrian and his parents entered the cave, clearly disregarding her earlier instructions from the note.
But despite the intrusion, she remained resolute in her plan. With an air of mystery, she conjured three chairs and an invisible force compelled them to sit.
"Now that you're all here, it's time for the show to begin," Sabrina declared with a sense of authority.
She paused for a moment, surveying the group before continuing. "I believe most of you are familiar with the story of the Moonlight Witches."
A hush fell over the room as everyone leaned in, captivated by Sabrina's words.
"But this is not just any story," she continued with a hint of sadness in her voice. "It is my story. Ot should i say Our story."
Sabrina's gaze grew distant as memories flooded her mind. "Imagine discovering a healing power at such a young age only to inadvertently take lives." She shook her head slowly, as if reliving the pain.
"My sister...she was always sweeter than honey," Sabrina spoke softly now, almost reverently. "We were twins but so different in many ways."
Her eyes locked onto Liana's curious expression. "You know that feeling well, don't you? Taking another's life...it changes you forever."
Silence enveloped them as they contemplated Sabrina's words.
"After that incident," Sabrina continued, her voice tinged with sorrow, "we were cast out from our coven. They labeled my sister dangerous and turned their backs on us."
A heavy sigh escaped her lips before she pressed on. "Alone in the depths of the forest, we survived using our magic until fate intervened one fateful day."
Sabrina's eyes gleamed with both resentment and determination as she recounted what happened next.
"The Alpha of Black Crescent saw my sister bathing by the river," she said with a mix of bitterness and anger. "He claimed her as his mate, despite her not being a wolf."
The room grew tense as everyone absorbed this revelation.
"Under the Alpha's rule, my sister was subjected to unspeakable horrors," Sabrina seethed. "She became nothing more than his sex slave, enduring unimaginable pain day after day."
A collective gasp escaped their lips as they shared in Sabrina's anguish.
But my sister refused to be a victim any longer," Sabrina declared with ferocity. "In an act of defiance and survival, she killed the Alpha."
A shiver ran down their spines as they contemplated the depth of her sister's strength.
"But it didn't end there," Sabrina continued, her voice growing darker. "Her thirst for power grew insatiable after tasting the soul of that vile Alpha."
The room fell into an uneasy silence as each person grappled with the implications of Sabrina's words.
"In her quest for dominance, she decimated nearly the entire Black Crescent pack until finally, the Moon Goddess intervened and locked her away."
Sabrina's eyes gleamed with determination as she revealed her plan. "And now I need to release her from that prison."
Liana couldn't contain herself any longer. "But why? She killed your pack!"
Sabrina's response was swift and resolute. "She is my sister and your grandmother's child. I must help her find freedom from her suffering."
Liana was stunned into silence while Adrian and his parents exchanged bewildered glances.
"There is much you don't know, child," Sabrina stated cryptically. "But first, I will need all of you to aid in releasing her."
As if possessed by some wicked force, Sabrina let out a chilling laugh that echoed through the cave walls.
Am gonna need heart of a virgin in which we have hear Camilla.

And blood of an alpha and now am.curious about which one to use adrain or his father she said with a evil smirk on her face.
