Raindrops danced gracefully, like liquid silver, falling from the heavens to kiss the earth with gentle insistence. It was the perfect stormy night where nature's raw power collided with an heavenly beauty.

The night was still very young. I gazed out of the small window in my enormous quarters, a sense of anticipation gripped my heart. Each night, as the rain poured down, I found myself awaiting the call that would summon me to Alpha Ethan's presence.

It didn't take long for Ronald, one of Ethan's loyal pack members, to arrive at my door. His golden eyes bore into mine, filled with a mix of duty and sympathy. I knew resistance was pointless. With a resigned sigh, I followed him through the darkened corridors of the pack's stronghold, my steps were heavy with a sense of anxiety.

The heavy doors swung open, revealing the dimly lit chamber where Ethan waited. His presence commanded attention, his dark eyes ablaze with an intensity that both charmed and terrified me. I stood before him, my body trembling, as he approached with an air of authority that left no room for resistance. In that moment, I felt the weight of my powerlessness settle upon me like a suffocating dress.

Ethan and I rarely exchange words for a while now, the only sounds that escape our lips are the moans of pleasure.

But tonight was different, he added something different, his deep and commanding words resonating, "I'll make it swift this time, so don't compel me to exert force." He seemed to be in a happy mood.

"What's the catch?" I asked, well aware of his addiction to consume the entire night fulfilling his unsatisfiable desires.

He approached me with deliberate steps, closing the distance until our bodies were nearly touching. His lips claimed mine, but I resisted the urge to kiss him back. My heart raced with intensity as he pressed against me, and then his touch shifted, his hands boldly grasping my breasts, sending a surge of conflicting feeling through my body.

"You're going to be mine until I'm done with you." he whispered into my ear, sending shivers down my spine.

In that moment, I was a captive of fate, forever bound to the desires of a powerful Alpha whose obsession knew no bounds. And as the storm raged on, I could only wonder what would become of me in the endless depths of his desire.

After a few moments, he reached his climax and pushed me away. His release was swift, leaving me slightly confused. I couldn't help but wonder why he chose not to engage in further intimacy with me tonight.

"Prepare yourself, we're attending a grand feast at the Palace," he announced before disappearing into the bathroom.

"So..., this is the catch," I whispered inwardly.

The feasts held at the Palace were notorious for lasting throughout the night until the first rays of dawn emerged. It was the reason why Ethan had summoned me so early to quench his igniting fire.

My body burned with a silent longing, craving more of his touch, and he was well aware of that. "Or perhaps this is his way of exacting punishment, as he threatened," I pondered to myself.

Swiftly, I exited his chamber, finding Ronald patiently waiting on the other side of the door to escort me back to my assigned quarters.

I never possessed a tiny piece of personal freedom; all eyes were watching, and every whispered word reached attentive ears.

"The court ladies have already gathered inside. They will attend to your attire, and I will be eagerly awaiting your presence," Ronald proclaimed with a respectful bow, expressing politeness from his every word.

Though I was consumed by shame, I mustered the strength to respond, "Thank you," my voice barely above a whisper.

In that fleeting moment, Ronald seemed to sense the scent of desire emerging from within me.

After an hour had passed, I emerged from the chambers, adorned in the beautiful gown chosen specifically by Ethan. The fabric embraced my figure with a tailored perfection, bringing attention to my curves and it embraced me like a second skin.

Ronald seemed momentarily lost in his thoughts, my voice having to call his name twice before he snapped back to reality. "You look stunning as always," he said, his words tinged with a hint of flirtation.

A gentle laugh escaped my lips in response. Ronald had a way of bringing a smile to my face, his presence offering solace during trying times. I found comfort in his unwavering support.

"Thank you, Ronald," I replied, a smile gracing my features. Curiosity piqued, I couldn't help but ask, "Why aren't you dressed for the feast? Aren't you attending?"

"The Alpha has requested solitude for the evening."

Annoyance welled up within me, and I couldn't hide the edge in my voice as I retorted, "If he wants solitude, why is he taking me along, then?"

"I suppose you are an exception," he replied.

I couldn't help but wonder what Ethan had planned to night.

Unknownly to I and Ethan, our lives were going to take a drastic turn after tonight. Though, I can't say it's for the best because there were a lot of obstacles, full of betrayal, mystery, lose and change of heart.
