Few minutes later, Grandma Robert was done washing the baby. She applied an ointment on the child's body, then she placed the baby on her huge bed.
She covered the child with her silk cloth and instructed the maids to look after him. She walked to the room opposite hers and opened the door gently. Memories of old came flooding in and she wipe of the tears flowing slowly.
"Anna, my child. I have no choice but to take these clothes for the baby. I know you made it for Rowland but I have to borrow it, please. If only this child was Rowland, then you would have been a grandmother and I would be a great grandfather," Grandma Robert said, sighing.
She went to a huge closet and brought out two pairs of clothes. She turned around and went back to her room, taking the clothes with her. On getting to her room, she wore the child's clothes.
