บท 1006: Killing

Jin Rou aimed for Abyss Scion's neck to kill him instantly. He slashed the blade towards him. But as expected, his blade didn't reach him as a large hand grabbed the scion out of the way.

Jin Rou looked at Locus Ancestor, who was the culprit, and asked, "What's the meaning of this? I thought you agreed that I can do what I want?"

"Young Noble, the scion is the future of our race. I cannot just stand idly and let you kill him." Locus Ancestor spoke. He was determined to protect Abyss Scion from Jin Rou, "Why don't we step back and see the vastness of the sky? I am willing to compensate you handsomely, Young Noble."

Locus Ancestor had the highest position in the Three Elves Race right now. No one could challenge his authority as it would lead to death. His words were treated like the law and the gold at the same time.
