บท 74: Chp-73 Double trouble? No it's Quadruple Trouble!
The Magicule bomb was instantly formed as Feldway threw at the group.
The bomb impacted with the barrier as it exploded. The explosion was equivalent to a modern day miniature atomic bomb's. For an individual of An Awakened Clayman level, this explosion would have completely decimated them.
The explosion quickly subsided as the dust cleared to reveal a completely intact barrier and the group within. The area around the barrier had become a large crater two human deep.
"As expected." Feldway muttered as he finally started taking them seriously. Well, relative to this body of his. If it were his original or concealed form, they wouldn't have stood a chance but due to certain conditions he had to take up another new body .
This sudden possession led to him being a little unfamiliar with the body and had weaken his comparative power output if he were to have gotten to familiarise himself in this body.
'Regardless. Although troublesome, this body should be enough.' Feldway thought as he began his assault.
[Dark Beam]
A dark Beam was cast by him as the beam quickly travelled the distance and instantly shattered the barrier almost reaching the group untill a portal appeared before it, absorbing a small part of the beam before collapsing and letting the rest go.
This all happened in a second but that second was long enough for the group to seperate and disperse away from the beam that suddenly redirected and targeted Elizabeth.
The sudden change in the beam caught her off guard as the half powered beam contacted with Elizabeth.
"Arrhg!!"
The arm where the beam hit rapidly turned into a black slimy mess as it spread all over her body.
"Elizabeth!!"
Fearing for her companion's wellbeing Adrigal called her out but seeing the Vampire in pain she teleported towards her observing the black slime growing.
'What was that?' Rimuru thought in fear as he felt that if that beam touched him he too would have turned into a black slime and he wasn't interested in being one. He quite liked his blue colour.
[That beam was a variation of the Dark Light using the properties of Spiritrons emitting radiation strong enough to alter and mutate DNA Strands. The black slime is the result of that.]
Raphael answered.
'What would happen if I was hit?'
A curious blue slime thought.
[Simple. You would die instantly. You are strong enough like Elizabeth to struggle with the mutation and radiation which would instantly disintegrate you into atoms.]
The Dark Beam was a special attack that Feldway created by taking inspiration from Dark Light's application and from one of the Attacks that the void creatures used.
'Damn...am I that weak?' Rimuru sighed out.
"Argh..I'll be fine!... focus on him." Elizabeth voiced out inbetween her pain as she quickly dismembered her left arm. It fell on the ground as the black slime quickly enveloped the arm and turned to dust.
Seeing the severed arm regrow instantly, the group sighed in relief. That slime was very dangerous, if it contacted with any of her body parts like torso the it would have maybe required Gaia's unique skill's help.
Feldway was not idle in all these, he immediately began his next move the moment the beam left his hands. By the time the group turned to him, he activated a barrier.
[Castle Guard]
Enveloping the entire group as a large radius of the area was now sucked out of its Magicules. The group felt their powers waning and their Magicule production fluctuating. They sensed their skills unresponsive as if it was turned off.
"This is bad. We are not able to use anything. My skills are not working!" Roku exclaimed as he frowned for the first time since arriving here.
"Me too. The Magicule fluctuations are preventing me from operating the Cube too."
Adrigal spoke as she flexed her hands.
"But...I can probably beat him to death."
She spoke as she instantly reached Feldway's position, a punch headed straight for his face. Feldway uneffected by the sudden turn flashed away as he barely avoided another attack from Elizabeth.
But was finally hit by Roku's axe kick. Shah el Ru remained with Rimuru to protect him and also he was not a Melee type. He specialised in magic and support so participating now would just slow doun his companions.
'Damn, I can hardly see the after images.'
Rimuru thought to himself as he felt that even though he is a Demon Lord, there are people far stronger than him. Seeing the fight his desire to grow stronger rose as he thought back to the proposal Bael Made to him.
'Maybe he was right....power is everything in this world.'

In the Throne room.
"My Lord, Adrigal seems to be in trouble..."
Medusa said in worry as she observed the fight from the screen.
Bael too looked at the screen with a slight frown.
'This was not supposed to happen....'
He tried to remember whatever lore and wiki knowledge he had about Feldway and the eventual Original Tenma war arc and found that Feldway didn't possess Tatsuya.
He felt something off. Why would Feldway do this? He could have come to the battlefield in his 'original' body. Why go in such round about way? Bael could tell that this Feldway was not that strong from the Castle Guard skill he used.
If it was the original than nothing other than a stronger castle guard could demolish it but this version was weak enough that reality slash could break it. And maybe Medusa too had the same thought as she quickly spoke.
"Why is Elizabeth not using Reality Slash?"
"They are unable to use magic or skill. Only Physical or Psychological attacks will work in that barrier." Bael explained.
Suddenly Medusa held her fingers on her left ear as she smiled.
"My lord, they have reached the destination."
"Good. Then it is time, I save my dear Guardians. Wouldn't want them to get hurt."
Bael smiled.
'Gabriel, do it.'
[Initiating Body Split.]
Suddenly, Bael released a large amount of Magicules as he split into four transperant images formed which quickly solidified. The four of them released the same amount of Magicules original Bael had as their auras too matched.
But they had different demeanor and eye colour. One had yellow eyes and a cold calculating feel. Another had Red eyes and a blood thirsty aura radiated from him. Another had a blue eyes as he felt like a divine being descended from the heavens itself.
And last but certainly not the least because it's Bael we are talking about, he had the original Purple with a mix of blue eyes as he held his hands-on his hips smiling.
"Damn do I look good." He admired his clones, or rather his Doppelgangers. The three were a manifestation of his ultimate skills Theodon, Asgorath and manas Gabriel.
They had the memories of Bael as well as his other skills and magic arsenal. But it didn't mean that he was weakened. Oh no, he had the same strength as he was before splitting. When you are strong enough then The Laws of The world like Conservation of Energy, mass and matter doesn't matter.
What matters is what the One True God decides it to be.
"You guys know what to do right?" The original Bael said as he looked at his images.
"Yes." X 3 they echoed as one opened a portal and exited while the two left from the door of he throne room.
"My Lord?..." A confused Medusa asked.
"Don't worry they are me and not me at the same time. You do what I told you to do okay?" Bael instantly appeared before Medusa as he kissed her and disappeared.
"Yess...My lord...." A daze maiden replied to noone in particular.
