บท 53: Her curse

"How much did he pay you?"

A strange question came up from Keiji which dragged L into silence. What's this meaning? How much? Was he implying Ryuu bought her?! "There must be a misunderstanding here. I am in an official relationship with Ryuu" L scowled. "Ten million yen?" He insisted.

Somehow upsetting L. Did he ever listen? "What a waste of time" To stick with her character, L decided to neglect the man. She attempted to drag Ryuu. "Mhm, I cannot drink anymore…" Ryuu mumbled. His arms wrapped around the woman's waist which stunned L a bit.

Clingy when drunk? "Ryuu, let's return" Her voice softened beneath a frown. Did she really have to carry this six feet tall man? "I am Takahashi Keiji. Since you are aware of our clan, you must as well know how rich I am" A strange statement came up from the man.
