บท 38: Marriage Agreement

Odelia felt bored being cooped up in this large, luxurious hospital ward. The nurse, Yvonne, had been gentle, attending to all her needs with care. She was about 30 years old, but they talked and got along fine, like agemates. If not for all the lies Odelia told and the mask she wore, she was sure Yvonne and she would be great friends, but what to do? It seemed she was doomed to live a lonely life. 

Yvonne was currently in the kitchen getting lunch ready since it was past 11 am, and she could only stare out the window and look at the people outside live their lives and go about their daily lives, while she, on the other hand, could only stay put like a doll and wait for Master X's signal or for James to say something about her request.
