บท 3: prologue 3 the box
The school bell rang again this time indicating that it is closing time .
The other class ranging from class 2 ,3, and class four went home except the newbies class 1.
They are free to view the surrounding of the school because it is their first day , and the school authorities allows the new student to take a good look at their new learning environment.
The student left the classroom in groups , the girls walked with their selves and the boys also walked along with each other .
only three student walked alone , the boy looking at the warships earlier , Jason and one other girl named Shania .
They took a walk to the school library, the advanced level laboratory , and also there are always some secret place that student are not allowed to enter .
After the little confrontation between the son of the school owner and Jason Chao, Jason was subjected to reimburse a fee of three dollars a day, a total of fifteen dollars every week .
Jason receives 300 dollar a month for his well fare , he have been spending his money with care and sometimes he won't take anything just because he wants his savings to be full of money anytime there is a new videogame.
But now there will be a major deduction from it ,his mind has been pondering in what to do about the situation but he is left with no option than to do exactly as the principal's son commanded .
Jason Hate been discredited because he had no parent , he faced the same difficulty through out his first school and now he is experiencing a tougher one in his new school .
All this is making him feel like having no parent is like having nothing at all .
Though his parent left enough money for him ,but the cash weren't eniugh and are exhausted already ,the government is the one responsible for all his welfare now.
He walked home feeling bad and dejected, the first day in school, he have to pay a levy of three dollars.
He walked into his house, trying to forget everything, then he remembered the small box in his room.
The small box was the only thing apart from his house and the little cash , that his parent left behind for him.
The box is fitted with glasses and metal when looking at it, it is very very big and may be heavy, but when you try to lift it, it will be as light as a feather.
Jason walked up to the box trying to lift the cover to check if it is money , he have been trying this for more than 5 years when he found out about it in one of the science book his father had instructed him to read .
" men, I need money, I think there is something very important in this box," he said to himself trying to lift the cover.
he couldn't ,then he remembered the instructions in the science books he have been reading.
his father was a great scientist and a great inventor According to the people that knew his parents before they died.
he found out about the box at the age of three he read it in one of the science books, he also found the key to open the box.
The instructions" my son, to find the key to that box, you have to read all this textbook, and one day maybe when you are sixteen, you will be able to find the key, and the content of the box"
then he remembered the instructions" dad why do you expect me to read all this big textbook to find a key and I am sure nothing is inside, you want me to be like you that is all you want " he grumbled.
without having anything for dinner, both his body aren't feeling the pain of hunger for food ,but instead that of video game .
" I guess I don't have to read today, beside it is my first day ,let me play game and tomorrow I continue reading" he assured himself.
he switched on the game console and the TV , the TV is a flat one and the game box is also flat .
after some color display and the several shapes , and the description and name of the game box ,the system continued booting then after 1 .34 minute the advert stopped and the game present in the system started displaying.
he had more than three hundred video games ranging and casino, sport, simulation, arcade, race, and action.
he selected one of the games and he started playing, he threw his school bag down to the bed, with all his focus on the TV screen.
he started biting his tongue when the game grew harder, he was trying to defeat a level 30 boss, the boss has a build-up like the satangs the alien disturbing the peace of Earth,and also other type of aliens .
The name of the game is Earth survivor, and Jason Chao has defeated all the bosses ranging from level 1 boss to 29 and 30 is making it hard for him to pass the level.
" Is this boss going to die, die you foolish alien " he cursed " I think I will have to defeat you in real life for disturbing the peace of my planet".
he played and he was defeated several times, till he stopped playing the game.
" yawn.. aww I can't play this game till when I develop new skills, for now, let me play " he started scrolling down the screen " yes casino let see " he pressed the casino game.
he played till midnight without resting a bit ,he love casino and action game ,he continued playing till his eyes started paining him and his hands going numb.
He slept on top of the chair with the gamepad in his hands, he started snoring.
SLAM!
the chair he was seating on fell, and the gamepad in his hans got broken.
"no, no, no" he started crying and picking the pieces.
" dad i guess you succeeded I only have to read now, I wish I listened I would have stopped playing, now I guess I have no choice," he said to himself and he climbed up to the bed .
And he slept off, thinking about the two bad things happening, the boy In school and the broken gamepad, and his destiny to finish reading all his father's textbooks.

I wrote chapters 1,2, and 3 to tell you about the world, setting and the main character Jason Chao, from chapter four the action begins thanks to the first two people adding to the library.
that gave me the courage to write more, from chapter four the system will be awakening.
