As night fell, Mikael was tucking the two boys away in bed.
"Sweet dreams, boys." He smiled.
"Goodnight!" They chimed in unison.
As Mikael gently closed the door to their bedroom, he walked to the kitchen and sat down.
"I thought you were going to take a nap?" He asked as he sat down at the kitchen table. Larkin, who was washing dishes shrugged.
"I couldn't fall asleep," he said.
"Ah, that's a shame," Mikael replied.
"Maybe I'll go for a walk just to clear my head," Larkin said, turning off the faucet.
"Mm, that's not a bad idea," Mikael said, opening the newspaper.
"Alright, I'll be back." Larkin gave a wave, closing the door behind him.
"Be careful!" Mikael called out.

As Larkin was walking, he looked around the forest.
He then looked up at the starry sky, smiling.
"Ah, it sure is a beautiful night..." He whispered to himself.
Suddenly, he heard the cracking of branches.
Larkin quickly stood on guard.
"Who's there...?" He asked, looking around cautiously.
"Help me!" A woman shrieked.
As he turned around and saw the woman, Larkin's eyes widened.
