On top of that, because Crim had unlocked the lightning affinity that came from the dragon he formed out of, Clark also had resistance to lightning.

The final benefit was that Clark could feel his body becoming tougher. Physically and in terms of energy. There was a quicker flow because of the double meditation benefits of the system. It had been a chain quest that forced Clark to become stronger while also allowing him to help Alexander find a way to get stronger.
