บท 45: New Moves and Future Planing

`An old abandoned mine `

The entrance to the mine was almost completely hidden by the heavy brush and tall trees that had enveloped it over the years. Inside, the air was musty and thick with the smell of dampness and decay. Cobwebs hung from the ceiling like curtains, and the walls were covered in some strange, almost phosphorescent moss. The main chamber of the mine was a large open space, illuminated only by the faint light of a few torches, which barely managed to light the way. Discarded weapons and broken machinery were scattered throughout the room, indicating that this was more than just an abandoned mine - it was the hideout of a band of notorious bandits. The walls of the mine were lined with various weapons and artifacts, proving that the bandits had been in the mine for quite some time. On one side, a large table was covered with maps and a few other objects, seemingly used for planning out their next heist. Further in, a few small rooms could be seen, where the bandits had set up a makeshift camp. A few beds and a makeshift stove completed the scene.

Bandit: "My leader, I've heard reports of a plague going on in the Liery village. Should we still plan to raid the towns nearby?" Bandit Leader: "Yes, we should go ahead and plan the raid, but we should stay away from Liery village. We don't want to put ourselves at risk of catching the plague."

The bandit leader nodded in agreement, then started issuing orders. He instructed the rest of the bandits to gather the necessary supplies for the raid, and to make sure their weapons and armor were in top shape. He also ordered that scouts be sent out to the towns they were planning to attack, to gather more information about their layout and defenses. Finally, he told the bandits to be ready to move out at a moment's notice. The bandits quickly gathered their supplies and began preparing for the raid. They sharpened their swords while the scouts went out to gather information. After a few days, the scouts returned with news that the towns were relatively undefended, and the raid could be a success. The bandits set out in the dead of night, creeping through the forest with stealth and precision. When they reached the towns, they launched their attack with ruthless efficiency. They pillaged and plundered, taking what they wanted and leaving destruction in their wake.

`Liery Village`

A person with green hair was sitting in the house they had a pensive look on their face. They were dressed in a simple, worn homespun tunic and trousers. Their skin was fair and pale, and their green hair was tied back in a bun. They were seated cross-legged on the dirt floor, their hands resting on their knees as they gazed off into the distance. In their lap was a wooden bowl filled with a thin gruel, but they seemed uninterested in eating. Instead, they were deep in thought, As the wind blew through the cracks in the walls of the house, the person's eyes seemed to reflect the sadness of the world around them. This was Artyon, he was calulating is steps forward.

===================================

I spread the rumors of plague in Liery village by going from house to house and listening to the conversations of people. I told them stories of people dying from the plague and of people's families being destroyed by it. I also made sure to tell them of the symptoms of the plague, such as fever, vomiting and fatigue, so that they would be sure to know what to look out for. I made sure to not leave any trace of my presence, so that no one could trace it back to me. I also used rumors and gossip to spread the news of the plague, as it was more effective than simply talking to people. In this way, I was able to spread the rumors of plague in Liery village without leaving a trace.

Now that's out of the way I need to plan what to do about Eastern Empire.. as far as know Eastern Empire started out in a small island call Jola in the Eastern Continent by an abandoned prince of Ancorna Empire "The Wise Sage" they called him.. according to the history books I read during my time on the frontline, he made many magical objects using his knowledge and took over the Eastern Continent with the help of Conley Empire. So if I want to stop the advance of Jola kingdom becoming into a Continental Empire I need to stop him right now!

Meaning I need to move to the Eastern Continent as soon as possible.

"Watari tell me what is the possibility of me reaching the Ancorna Empire by next year?"

(4.6% chances of reaching the Eastern Continent the percentage is so low because you don't even have enough money to move to the next empire much less to another Continent)

"I know, I know but what I am going to do will give me enough money"

(huh..)

"I will use my future knowledge to earn and leave the Continent to help Ancorna in stopping Jola and Conley from advancing " I said while having a grain on my face

(Whatever)
