Crafting. It was something that intrigued Aaron. Would he have to put physical effort into the making of it, or would the system make it for him? Who knew? The system did, but it was lying in wait, seeing what Aaron made of the Crafting Menu. He went into the Crafting menu, as the menu shone red, but then died, leaving a much calmer crimson colour.
A series of text boxes then appeared, which appeared to explain how then menu worked.

[How-To-Craft 101]
[By: Shadow Amaterasu's Given System]
[The first step on how to make any item in the menu is to have unlocked the recipe for it. You could just mess with random items, but the chances of getting something good is slim to none.]
[The second thing is to get the materials that are listed in the recipes, which can all be found on the planet that you are currently on.]
[The third step is to place them into the Crafting Table, which I have modelled after one of the games on your original planet, Minecraft, that is located in the 'Craft' Tab]
[There are three tabs, which are Recipes, Items, and Craft, each one being straightforward.]
[Note: Once you swap planets, all of the world-specific recipes that you have collected will be void, and removed from the Recipes Tab.]
'So, it isn't set so that I can make anything anywhere, which means that it's more restricted that way, but I suppose it makes sense. If I can't get the materials, what's the point in having the recipe?' Aaron thought.
[So, you agree with how it's laid out?]
'Yeah, it makes sense. I just need to see what I can make. I wonder what those Novice Crafting consist of!'
Aaron then tapped onto the 'Recipes' Tab, and, if anyone was looking at him, it would look like he just tapped the air for no reason. When he was in the Crafting Tab, a section titled 'Novice' appeared, lit up in Grey. He tapped on that, and a load of recipes appeared.
{[Novice Corrupted Chestplate]
[Novice Corrupted Leggings]
[Novice Corrupted Helmet]
[Novice Corrupted Boots]
[Novice Corrupted Mask]}
[Novice Corrupted Staff]
[Novice Corrupted Spear]
[Novice Corrupted Catalyst]
[Novice Corrupted Sword]
[Novice Corrupted Daggers]
[Items in {} can be crafted all at once so that you can get a full item set.
'Jesus! That's a lot of options!' Aaron thought, and the system picked up on that.
[Aaron, may I ask who this 'Jesus' person is? You've referred to them many times, although I can't piece together who they are from your memory.]
'Oh. Basically, it's a person a group of people called Christians follow, as their God, but it had become something that was used as a term of surprise or when you were shocked by the masses.'
[Oh. At least I know now whenever you yell out his name.]
'Now, it's time to see what it costs to make these, Because I definitely see one thing that I'm interested in.'
[Novice Corrupted Mask]
[Effects: Grants the built-in ability 'Piercing Eyesight']
[Cost: Two Magnifying Lens(s), One Mask, One Novice Corruption Gem]
[Piercing Eyesight]
[Effect: Grants the user to see through walls, but as the walls get thicker, the level of visibility diminishes.]
'Oh, so it allows for me to see through walls? That's quite the impressive ability! I hope I'll be able to toggle it though. Let's check to see what the other things require.
{Corrupted Full Set}
{Effects: Grants Full-Body Stat Boost of 500 per stat, except for Luck, which gains no boost, and Dexterity, which gains a boost of 100.}
{Cost: Chestplate, Leggings, Boots, Helmet, Mask, Two Magnifying Lens(s), 5 Novice Corrupted Gems}
'So, I need to have all the base pieces already, huh? Well, it does make sense, as I don't have Crafting recipes for such items as a normal Chestplate.' Aaron thought to himself, before posing a question to the system.
'System, do you know how we could get a Novice Corrupted Gem?'
[Yes, Aaron, I do. It's actually quite simple. All you need to do is go sacrifice a goat to the upper gods, and hope they respond by sending us some Corrupted Gems.]
'Really!?' Aaron thought in disbelief.
[No, you idiot. Honestly, I didn't think you'd be fooled that easily. All you have to do is extend you palm, and make them, by making a gem-like shape, and the thing will automatically turn into a properly-shaped gem.]
'You know that I do rely on you quite a bit, System? I'm bound to believe what you say, so throwing in a lie like that is not helpful at all.'
[I know, but it was funny knowing that you actually believed it.]
Aaron then heard mechanical laughter, which didn't shock him, but, to his surprise, it sounded almost feminine. He needed to learn more about the system later, but he wanted to test out the gem-creation first.
Aaron extended his hand, and opened his palm out wide, as the grey substance from his robe covered it. He began thinking about creating a black crystal in his hand. He imagined the shape of fantasy diamond. A black, pink, and red light began glowing in his hand, and a shake began to form, but it didn't look like a crystal. Aaron just reckoned that it would become shaped like a gem in the end.
As it began forming, Aaron wondered why it had such a strange shape, but he just hoped it would turn into a normal gem as the System said it would. As it began forming, he slowly started to doubt the words of the system, because it certainly didn't look like it was turning into a gem.
As the light slowly died down, Aaron became sure that what had formed in his hand wasn't a gem. Now, what he was going to do with this, he didn't know yet, but he was sure that it would have some use in the future.
[Aaron...how did you mess up so badly?]
{You have created A Corrupted Glock-17!}
