บท 228: The Real and Fake Empress

They walked in silence.

Lin Ran rolled his eyes. "In my opinion, he's just messing with us!"

The empress chuckled and changed the topic. "It's better to be safe than sorry. But then again, I've been gone for so many days. The palace must be in chaos. We really should come back."

When Lin Ran heard this, he rolled his eyes at the empress. "Oh, now you realize that you are still the emperor. Back then, I didn't let you go, but you insisted on going. If anything happens in the palace, don't blame me."
