บท 813: Grilled squid

Yun Zhao's eyes went wide, he looked at Su Wan who was already arranging a set of papers in front of her. She had thought of doing her best for the sake of taking care of this city, even though she wasn't handed any resources by the Emperor and only the order to take care of this place, she still wanted to do a good job as it wasn't in her nature to leave things half done.
