Fuxi and Nuwa looked at each other. Yuan Biyao had come to the palace hall all by herself, so something had to have happened.

"I fear that the mortal became aware that our Biyao won't go with him, so he renounced his quest," Nuwa said.

Her words made Yuan Biyao's heart go cold. Could he have left because of her?
