By the time it happened he had already entered the Kingdom of Liones and he decided to copy the Kings ability to see the future and he then went to the ceremonial horn and copied the Goddesses abilities and their bloodline. He then heard about the destruction of Danafor. This shocked him as Kingdoms don't just become 30,000 feet deep holes.
