"But how can we let him die like that?I can not.Is not there any way to make him fine?I can hire the best specialists of the world for him. Please doctor.Please do something."John Smith said in a pleading voice.

"There is a way,but it is too risky."The doctor replied.

"What is it?"John Smith asked hopefully.

"There is a specialist in this field in country A .If we can get him ,then there would be some hope.But...."

"What is it?Please tell me. I will try to fulfill it. We can hire him here.I will pay whatever his fees he wants."

"That is the problem here. He never treat any patient in other countries. If we have to get him, we have to shift the patient in his hospital, which is in country A. But in this condition ,we can not shift him in there. The journey in the air ambulance will take at least ten hours from here.It will be risky for the patient."The doctor said thoughtfully.
