I previously considered the project unprofitable due to the current economic situation, but you are right, sometimes it is necessary to take risks and make certain investments in order to achieve better results in the future. The vote at this point was basically a formality. If the vice-president wants to undertake a project and the president agrees, the other board members have no choice but to give the project the green light.

The project passed unanimously.
