บท 144: Delivered herself to Gregory

"Let me talk to him, please." Ruben pleaded.

He was inside the building of Leo's company. 

"Sir, please don't make this hard on me. You don't have an appointment with the CEO. I can't just let you see him." The receptionist replied.

"I'm telling you that I'm his sister's boyfriend." Ruben said.

"Sister? Sir, you are giving me no choice, I have to call the security." The lady replied.

Ever since Ruben woke up the next day and couldn't find Ella beside him, he has been looking for her nonstop.

They did not even manage to exchange contact information. Fortunately for him, he saw Leonard on the news and recognized him as Ella's brother.

And here he was, about to be called security upon since he was telling Leonard's staff that their boss has a sister, when they all knew he that he was an only child.

"What's going on here?" Mike asked, as he overheard the commotion and came to find out what was going on.

The receptionist heaved a sigh of relief once she saw Mike.
