บท 1: Reborn I guess?
Wow... It seems I was reborn but not in the normal way. I clearly said to God that I wanted to be reincarnated into Shi Feng's body, I am but not in the normal sense. Oh wait, I forgot to introduce myself. Hello I am Adam just a normal otaku who died to truck kun, I got the classic 4 wishes. Let me go over them now, my first wish was to be reborn into Shi Feng, next wish was to have peak sword skills and maxed out truth realm, my final wish was to have insane degrees of luck where I can even get a legendary item from a normal monster at the chances of 1:10000. That may not seem to be much but if you consider it, basically I get legendary items from even level one monsters. This also allows me to dodge attacks like no tomorrow, a assassin may want to cut off my head but my head would most likely twitch and avoid the hit. Things like that, yeah my luck stat is rigged! So for my final wish I wished that I could see the future so even if the timeline is messed up I can still operate and be a absolute cheat.
So after all my wishes and stuff like that I arrive in Shi Feng's body but to my surprise I can't move it and it is like I am watching something in a third person view. I still don't know what's going on but at least I know what scene we are on. It is basically the first paragraph of the entire novel where Shi Feng gets fired from shadow. Ok I think I get it now, I may take over the body after the time travel thing happens.
Suddenly it goes dark and I am in a shitty apartment, it seems to have worked yet I am still viewing this like I did before. Don't tell me I am in a situation a bit like a certain nine tailed fox. If I am I still can fix this all I need to do is summon him to the mindscape, this should be easy due to my very high luck stat.
Shi Feng POV (Original)
Well if the shock of me time travelling is enough, I seem to be in a void with another me just staring at me. (Time is frozen in the mindscape) "Hello Shi Feng" the other me says in quite a happy tone like he has finally done something after struggling for ages. "Hello" I respond trying to make out my situation, "Ah you may be wondering where you are and who I am right?" Now that got me shocked can this other me read my mind? "Yes, who are you or are you just me?" I question. "Oh yes sorry for not introducing myself, I am Adam just another part of you. You see time travelling can have minor consequences, don't worry their aren't any time travellers alive right now. Only you and me." Well it seems that due to me time travelling I gained another personality or something like that? "Can you take over my body?" I question, I seriously don't want someone to take over my body, that would be very weird. "Yes and no, I need your permission. However I think you may want to use me as I posses a lot of sword skills beyond your imagination. I can also product the future so you don't have to worry about you changing the time line at all!" My other self now known as Adam said. If this is true that means I could become really powerful and maybe take revenge on shadow and even become a God in Gods domain. "Can you train me?" I ask because this would help a lot. "Sure I can and due to me being very lucky what ever training you do in here it will be affecting your body!" He exclaims, wow this will be useful. As long as he is telling the truth about all of this I could easily reach the peak. "Also I forgot to mention that time is frozen on the outside while you are in here so even more bonuses right?" This is a very good situation for me. "Also please please let me control your body in some fights due to my skills being way better then yours!" Well I guess I could allow it after all if... when I fight those monsters in human form I will definitely need help. "I will instruct you on what to do once you get into the game but if you don't need any instructions I will remain silent!" I feel like today is gonna be a long day.
