Rosalind felt like a fool. For some reason, she felt like a child that had been bribed by some candies. He told her about cakes and she just... stopped asking questions!
She wasn't exactly sure why she did that.
"I can't do it," she grumbled. She came in here, thinking she could eat the most delicious cake ever, but instead, that man told them to bake the cake instead.
Rosalind tried cooking in the past, in fact, she was very good at it. But she did not try to do any baking— especially not for a man like Lucas.
"I really cannot do it," she repeated. Apparently, she was going to bake a cake for him and he was going to make a cake for her. This idea was supposed to increase their affection for each other.
What affection? These things were going to make her crazy.
