Everyone had eyes fixed on Aiden when they heard the woman, as for Aiden, he gulped, and then flashed a rough smile at the woman.

"I thought as much." The woman responded.

"Ah-Ahem!" The woman had just spoken finished when Bane appeared in front of her, "Melanie, I must say you look absolutely stunning." Bane said as he seized the woman from head to toe.

"I haven't met any woman who justifies the term 'beauty' better than you, Melanie… Believe me when I say this. Only a man as noble and self-righteous such as myself is fit to accompany you through this journey of life.
