บท 441: A Noble's Dance of Deception

Upon finishing the meeting and leaving, Ales immediately stared at the prince before slightly bowing.

"Your Majesty, if I may …"

"I know, sir Ales, you do not trust sir Arthur," Sied said as Ales nodded his head.

"He … he is simply different, I can sense that there is something that he is hiding, that his persona is one that isn't completely … real."

"I'm simply worried whether or not he is doing all of this with the best intentions."

"I understand, sir Arthur is a newly promoted noble, the things that happened around him during the war in the south are a bit suspicious, I do admit that, but he has sworn an oath."

"When it comes to the current issue we are facing, at least, Sir Arthur is helpful and truly wishes to help us out, I am also well aware that he is also doing this for himself, to rise through the ranks and gain the backing of me and the faction behind me."
