บท 392: Future Father-In-Law

Since King Krisen could be considered his future father-in-law, Damien decided to show the proper respect and respectfully bowed as he greeted, "Your Majesty."

King Krisen inwardly nodded in appreciation, seeing that Damien was well mannered indeed.

"Hmm, so Damien, who are you?" King Krisen decided to ask the basic question first.

Damien raised his head and looked at him as he said, "I am Damien Godwin, an outcast of the Ward Family of the Rong Empire."

King Krisen raised his brows, "The Rong Empire? You have traveled so far from your home empire. Why?"

Damien explained his background to him as King Krisen patiently listened. After he was done explaining, King Krisen understood that Damien's background could be considered to be nothing when compared to even a prince of the weakest kingdom.

And when compared to the status of his daughter, he knew people would compare him as a toad lusting for swan's meat.
