Damian had left after breakfast together, while Adriana and Eduardo were still at Valerie's house.

Adriana approached Valerie, who was washing dishes at the sink. She leaned against the cupboard with her hands crossed.

"You two are getting intimate again," she said.

"How did you know?" Valerie asked with a smile, trying to hide her embarrassment.

"I'm not blind, and my nose is still working!" exclaimed Adriana with a smile. "After seeing your appearance, I understand why it took you so long to open the door."

Valerie chuckled, unable to meet Adriana's gaze.

"Honestly, I'm happy about this," said Adriana, reflexively helping Valerie put the dishes on the rack. "Finally, you've ended up with him again, which is good for Daniel. But I'm also worried because his father doesn't like you now. Does his father know about your relationship?" she asked.
