Gloria frowned but said nothing.

She thought it was about work.

Jordy followed her into the office, closed the door, and looked at her with cold eyes.

Puzzled, she stood there and waited for his instructions.

Jordy came to her side and started, "When are you going to stop doing this?"

"Doing what?" Gloria was confounded, "I don't know what you're talking about."

From before they got married till this moment, she didn't think she had stirred up any trouble.

She had been going with the flow of a normal life. During their marriage, she hadn't fought with him because he went to keep Angela company. After the divorce, she had all the less reason to do that.

Confusion was written all over her face. She acted like he was making trouble out of nothing. Jordy snorted, "Great."

She knew about his personality. He was not someone who cared to explain anything or make things clear.
