Penelope gulped and unconsciously tightened her arms around Edmund's waist. The woman looked up at Edmund's handsome face, who was still looking straight at Sebastian. Even though Sebastian had shown his anger toward Edmund, even though Sebastian's shadow knight was ready to receive an order from Sebastian to kill Edmund, Edmund still looked calm and could still grin at the Crown Prince.

"As I've said before, His Highness the Crown Prince, I don't care about your royal status. If it's for the sake of the people I love, I'll do whatever it takes to protect them." Edmund laughed and snapped his fingers. "Hey, Your Highness... May I report today's incident to His Highness the Emperor? I believe, His Highness the Emperor would be very embarrassed to hear that this imperial Crown Prince intends to seduce my woman and wants to make her his, right?"
