บท 364: The Best Choice

Tianshi Xue was taking her mind off things by making herself busy. A few days after the celebration, the Emperor surprised her by sending a letter that said he was granting her a room in the east wing for her office. Before she was even done reading the letter, she had already received a message from Princess Zhenzhen telling her congratulations and that she would be the one in charge of decorating the place.

That was why the princess had been instructing the help with the position of a painting, saying "a little to the left, a little more to the right" for a few minutes already, then finally, "perfect."

"Isn't it beautiful?" the princess asked once the help had already shut the door behind them. Princess Zhenzhen was admiring a painting of what seemed to look like a pond from the heavens. There were lily pads, and flowers on the water's surface reflected the sky above.
