As Raj steps out of his room to assess the security situation, he notices a nurse pushing a trolley of surgery equipment down the hospital corridor. Upon seeing her, he immediately recognizes her as one of Bittu's loyal followers. She looks exactly the same as she did on the screen. Raj thinks to himself, "I thought every character from the movie would have slight differences, but it seems that's not true."
Raj walks towards her, appearing as though he's ignoring her, she notices him. With his fair complexion, handsome face, and well-built body clad in a black suit, he stands out. Assuming he's there to visit relatives, she focuses on her mission to gather information about Ravi's room and check if it is a trap or not, prioritizing her mission, She ignores Raj and continues walking straight ahead.
As Raj approaches her, they cross paths, and just as she passes him, he subtly reaches out and grabs her wrist with a firm yet gentle grip, halting her progress. In one fluid motion, he pulls out his gun and points it at her head. Startled, she tries to escape from his grip and reaches for her knife to defend herself. However, Raj quickly uses his free hand to stop her, preventing any further action.
As Raj takes action, his men, dressed as cleaners and doctors, notice the situation and approach him. They quickly join him and assist in apprehending the her. Raj instructs them to search her for any weapons, tie her up, and bring her to his room. Without hesitation, they follow his orders, ensuring the situation is under control.
he begins to think, "Why should I apprehend him at the hospital? He doesn't have the money, and he's also a victim of MLA Varadarajulu's betrayal. Trying to catch him could result in the loss of my men in crossfire, and I wouldn't gain anything from it. With Ravi, ACP Manikyam, and Varadarajulu's men likely to target him, to avoid repercussion from him."
Raj realizes that if she's here, then Bittu and his men are likely nearby. He immediately contacts Vijay to carry out a specific task. Afterward, he instructs his men to be vigilant for any unusual activities. Raj heads to the monitoring room to review the live camera footage for further details and insights.
As Raj continues to scrutinize the camera footage in search of Bittu and his men, Vijay enters the monitoring room. Raj queries, "Is it done?" to which Vijay responds affirmatively, "Yes, boss." Raj refocuses his attention on the footage. After scrolling through 20-30 minutes of footage of the parking lot, he notices a car with 4-5 individuals entering the hospital premises. Given the hospital's underground parking, Raj watches intently as the footage reveals only a woman emerging from the car. Upon closer inspection, Raj recognizes her as the same deaf-mute woman he had captured earlier, confirming that it was indeed Bittu's car.
Upon witnessing the discovery on the camera footage, Raj swiftly mobilizes around 10-15 of his loyal men and heads towards the parking lot. Meanwhile, ACP Manikyam notices Raj's departure with his men and inquires, "Did you find Bittu?" Raj tersely responds, "No, I have an urgent task to attend to," as he passes through without further explanation. As they proceed towards the parking lot, Vijay questions Raj, "Boss, why did you not inform ACP that we have found Bittu?" Raj, in the midst of formulating a last-minute plan, responds, "Oh, that, just follow the order. You'll find out soon enough."
------- Bittu's Pov --------
It's been 25 minutes, and Devayani still hasn't arrived. She's the only family I have left. My dear brother, Lala, whom I loved dearly, got himself killed by following my orders. That son of a b**ch Ravi, because of him, I've lost everything. First, I lost my brother to him, and then I got caught because of him. Even after escaping from the police and going to the dump yard to collect the money my brother hid, I found out that someone had set fire to the dump yard. That was f*cking 1500 crore burned to ashes, all because of that Ravi.
As I searched for him, I came across news of his accident in the newspaper. I didn't want him to meet such an easy end. Upon discovering he was in this hospital, suspicions arose, it could be a trap to ensnare me. Still, I wanted to be the one to rip of his head with my own hands. When I was a kid, Lala, my brother got hurt because of my father. The next morning everyone heard news that my father is killed, but know one knows that I was the one who killed my father. This even my brother does not know about it. If i kill even my father if he hurts my brother then How could I let the person who killed my brother live?.
Upon arriving at the hospital, I planned to send someone to verify if it was indeed a trap. However, my wife, Devayani, took it upon herself to investigate. She checked for any signs of a trap and located Ravi's room. Her gender made it easy for her to move unnoticed, so I allowed her to proceed without hesitation.

As Raj enters the parking lot, he eventually spots Bittu's car after a thorough search. Without making any noise, he signals to his four men to discreetly position themselves behind the car, ready to act if needed. Simultaneously, he instructs two of his men to casually walk towards the car, engaging in conversation to divert attention away from their true intentions. This tactic ensures that Bittu and his men's focus will be on the individuals approaching the car, allowing Raj's team to make their move unnoticed.
Additionally, Raj strategically places a few more men in the vicinity, blending in with the surroundings to create a sense of normalcy. For example, one might act as a cleaner taking out garbage, while another may appear to be a hospital staff member attending to duties. With his men slowly and stealthily approaching the car, Raj ensures their movements are calculated and inconspicuous, minimizing the risk of alerting Bittu and his men.
