i recommended to base zhongli or morax in the lore not in the game because he got nerfed because he is a playable character which made him weak so its better to based morax to the lore not in the game because in the lore morax is the one who created the terrain and mountains so morax would probably be a planetary level because teyvat has more land than the water and we can all see that in the map unlike in one piece who has more water than land teyvat has more land than water so morax would be a planetary level in the lore
