Consider this volume a 1.5 as it is a direct continuation of the events of volume 1.
There were several surprises as well as several events that will begin to shake up the world of Razel and company.
The next volume is the prologue that comes before the arc of the lawless city, the arc that will be the first radical change in the empire.
At the same time, volume 3 is more about developing Razel's harem than Razel himself, so there's a lot of fanservice coming!
