Still, his eyes were close, and his body was strangled like a thread. A red energy slowly began to emit from his skin as Ben began to shake uncontrollably.

"Arghhh!" Ben tried to writher in pain, but his voice was heavy and muffled as if he were trying to scream under water. Black substance continued to leak out of his body, from his nose, mouth, ears, and even pores of skin. 

His hands turned pale, and his body began to move unnaturally. The popping sound coming from the constant breaking and shattering of bones was visible through his pale body, as if tens of spiders were crawling under his skin.
