บท 38: Epilogue

I can’t believe how time has flown. It is true that it goes by faster when you are having fun. Things are looking much brighter. Maybe my story has a brighter ending.

While Mark was in Europe, we met up once more and enjoyed a free day with just us. Gretal met some friends. It was a wonderful time, and we had a magical night overlooking the city. When he left, he promised to talk to me every day. And he did.

The rest of ‘school year’ was spent in Venice, Rome, Athens, Jerusalem, Mecca, and Moscow to name a few before we made our way to Asia. That is where my education really struggled. I had never really studied or read anything on Asian history or literature. Even art was unfamiliar to me, but I got a crash course. It was challenging but fun.
