Reborn As A Shimura With Four Wishes

DxD, Pokémon, Star Wars, Naruto, Dragon Ball, they are all good, but Naruto has the ultimate techniques, but it is subject to a lot of BS now and then. So now that I'm dead and get to pick a place to reincarnate into with Four wishes, why wouldn't I choose Naruto?
