"Yes, father, of course, I know. But you've just barely recovered, and this is just a precaution."

And the reason why the duke said so was because his daughter is currently remodeling the duke's mansion into an impregnable stronghold.

While she carries the blueprints in her hands, she made sure that every nook and cranny were either barred or wired until the duke household looks more like a tightly secured prison cell.
