er, I didn't mean to disappear for days, haha. Reason is because I tried self-med, wrist pain worsened and the doctor (scolded me and I got heartbroken by it, jk) said I should rest them for some time XD

I know it's my stupidity but I think most people have the same mentality as me. 'Consult a doctor only when things got way out of control. Internet says OTC will do. Think of the cost. Don't make a big deal out of something small.' It's a bad mentality, it's not recommended to only go to the hospital once it becomes serious. So yep, don't be like me hahaha.
